My name is Stefano Moscardini and I'm a Game Designer and Developer. I was born in Italy in 1981 and after going through very different experiences in life (like 13 years of freelance reportage and portrait photography, contemporary art and quite a lot of music) I finally landed my dream job as a Board Game Designer. As of January 2025, I've been working for amazing IPs like Marvel Comics, DC Comics and Cyberpunk 2077 on board games that sold more than 40K copies on crowdfunding platforms alone, for a grand total of more than 10 Million USD.

I've always enjoyed playing and modifying board games, tabletop RPGs and video games since I was 9 years old. During the 2020 pandemic, being unable to shoot pictures, I started taking my passion for games more seriously, studying the theory and revamping the game design skills from my infancy and teenage years. In a couple of years, I got in touch with several big names in the industry that helped me take the whole thing to the next level and turn my favourite hobby into my full time job.

I started working in the board game industry in 2022, as a Game Developer for Damnation: the Gothic Game (1500 Backers, 104K$ on Kickstarter), published by Blackletter Games.

Right the day after the contract with Blackletter Games expired, without even having the time to rest for a day, I was hired by CMON to work on two very important assignments. The first was as a humble Lead Playtester role for Cyberpunk 2077: Gangs of Night City (6300 Backers, 880K$ on Kickstarter).

The second, and real game changer, was immediately starting to work as Lead Game Developer on Marvel United Multiverse (20k Backers, 4.7M$ on Kickstarter).

In 2024, I had the privilege to switch from Game Development duties to full time Game Design. Still under the CMON flag, I was once again Lead Developer of DC Super Heroes United (14K Backers and 4.4M$ on Kickstarter).
